Delete your account

You can delete your Plan AI account and everything stored with it. You do not need to contact us to do it, and you do not need a reason.

In the app

1. Open Plan AI and sign in.
2. Open the side panel and go to Account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@planai.website from the address on the account. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder before deleting anything — that check exists to stop someone else deleting a child's work, so please expect it.

What happens next

• Your account is deactivated immediately and stops syncing.
• There is a 30-day window during which you can change your mind and restore it. This exists so an accidental — or malicious — deletion is not final.
• After 30 days everything is permanently deleted: your sign-in, your profile, every child profile, and all tasks and routines. This cannot be undone.
• We keep only what the law requires us to keep — principally payment and tax records, and the record that consent was properly obtained.

Take your data with you first

Before deleting, you can download everything as a file from the same Account screen. Once the 30 days are up we cannot recover it for you.

Some things live only on the device and never reach us — reward points, the prize list, and saved weekly templates. We hold no copy, so they are not in the download and we cannot restore them. Uninstalling the app removes them.
